Email campaign revamp
The email-campaign process has been revamped to enhance your experience with CustomerEngage and includes new features in addition to a workflow that is simple yet efficient. 
With this revamp, features have been grouped together based on their relevance for each stage of the campaign process. This helps maintain an intuitive workflow that removes the need to navigate multiple screens. You can now create, test and launch your email campaigns with fewer steps. 
Email Templates
Clone, Edit, Delete
New buttons for ‘clone’ and ‘delete’ are added alongside the ‘edit’ button, right next to each email-template. You can now perform these functions directly from the template home screen.
An organized gallery for email-templates
The email-templates gallery can be accessed when creating a new email template. The gallery has been re-organized to make it easier for you to find templates that best suit the theme of your campaign. Choose between the default set of designs available under ‘sample templates’ or select designs that you have previously edited or used, under ‘My Existing templates’.
Design and test your email-templates on the go
A test mail is a practical way to check how your email-templates get displayed in an inbox. Now you can launch test mails while editing your email-templates. This button can be found on top of your design canvas where templates are edited. You no longer need to create a new campaign and select a template to send out test mails.
Email Configuration
An action screen for email configuration has been added to the ‘new campaign’ workflow. Pre-configure the email set-up for all campaigns with the sender’s name, sender’s email address, subject line, subscription details and file attachments.
The email configuration features that were available earlier in the ‘email templates screen’, have now been moved into the new campaign work flow. With this update, we have eliminated the need to switch back and forth between the template and the campaign screens to change and edit the email configuration details.

The carrier statement mapper provides a new interface for easily uploading carrier statements in CustomerEngage. This feature eliminates the need to separate the carrier statements by various product categories/LOBs or by year.
Users can import the carrier statements downloaded from the Carrier website in MS Excel format directly into CustomerEngage™ with minimal formatting . They can also save their file structure mappings for future reuse.
