Pre-Sales representatives are the principal point of contact between a business and its potential customers. Pre-Sales reps pitch prospects by initiating contact to ensure they have the right products and services and to build a rapport with the focus of selling the product by phone, email, SMS etc.  Currently this is a remote position until further notice.

  • Phone Sales Experience

  • 3-5 Years Sales and Customer Service Experience Preferred- Will Consider All Related Experience
  • Outbound telesales
  • Provide information regarding company and services
  • Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and details
  • Schedule appointments for presentations
  • Present demos of the product and address prospects questions and concerns
  • Responsible for updating CRM
  • Meet sales goals / goals can be updated at the discretion of management throughout the year
  • Ongoing training
