Reminder to customers on pending documents
The new notification feature on BrokerEngage sends automated email reminders to your customers 15 days, 5 days, and the day before the deadline to make sure they send in follow-up documents on time.
The email will list all pending documents and indicate which are immediately due. It contains a link for your customer to upload the pending document. If a customer submits the document, you can see the status change on your ACA Dashboard. If you want to opt out of this feature, please reach out to our customer support.
