Manal Mehta is Benefitalign’s President & Chief Executive Officer, and is responsible for the overall strategy, operational excellence and growth of the company. Mr. Mehta has over 25 years of operational and P&L leadership experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare and IT industries, and brings a passion for innovation and value-creation for the customers. Mr. Mehta was most recently with GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), a leading global pharmaceutical and consumer products company, where he served as the Strategy and Operating Officer for the global Oncology business. Mr. Mehta previously served in the Office of the CEO and Corporate Strategy at GSK where he spearheaded the delivery of strategic planning, growth and productivity initiatives. He has extensive experience in business development and M&A, and has led global product development and operations teams. Prior to GSK, Mr. Mehta held leadership roles at Covance Inc. and Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC).
Mr. Mehta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Pune University, a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Lehigh University, and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of Business.
Ragavan Audimoolam is Benefitalign’s Vice President of Product Development, and is responsible for the overall Product Engineering and Development for the company. Mr. Ragavan has over 30 years of experience in building innovative business applications and designing enterprise architecture in a variety of businesses in Finance, Manufacturing, Insurance, healthcare and IT industries. Mr. Ragavan was most recently with Veros Financial Technologies, where he spearheaded new product development in Real Estate, Mortgage and Credit solutions and introduced newer ways of handling Appraisal Review and Underwing Process Automation. He has extensive experience in developing products related to analytical, forecasting and planning solutions for Retail and Processing Industries. He is renowned for his unique business data modeling skills in his tenure of over 20 years of consulting for Tier 1 companies.
Prasad Mavuri spearheads the implementation team, and is responsible for delivering Benefitalign’s solutions to meet customer needs.
Prasad has more than 25 years of leadership experience in transforming organizational strategies into implementable IT solutions using standard industry solution frameworks, models and reference architectures on multiple engagements to clients in financial markets, banking and insurance industries.
Throughout his career, Mr. Mavuri has led large teams and been involved with complex, multiyear, multimillion-dollar projects. He is proficient with every aspect of solution architecture, development, implementation and systems integration, enabling operational services for enterprise solutions.
Prior to joining Benefitalign, Prasad held several management roles at IBM and Putnam Investments and worked closely with C-level executives to support client business areas.
He earned his Master of Science in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, India.
Cliff has over 20 years of healthcare and insurance industry experience, most recently in a major Blue plan, wherein he led the enterprise strategy in healthcare sales and enrollment, and business transformation. He also has extensive experience in Call Center operations and systems implementation.
